Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. This is due to the fact that we send orders directly to our warehouse as they're submitted to ensure the fastest delivery time possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@wyldergoods.com.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and online Digital Gift Cards (which you can purchase on our website). *Please note that we cannot split payments between credit cards.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately in order to reserve product.

Does Wylder charge sales tax?

Utah is an origin-based sales tax state and is where Wylder is located. States with origin-based laws tax customers based on the location of the business as opposed to that of the customer. For example, if the company is located in a state with a 6.85% sales tax rate, all customers are taxed at a rate of 6.85% no matter where in the country they are located. There are currently 20 states that must adhere to this law and Wylder happens to be located in one.

How do I use my Discount/Promo code?

If you have a discount code to use, you can put the code during the third step of checkout listed below the Total. Click on "Have a coupon code?" and enter your discount code. Your total will reflect the discount applied to your order.

Please note that discount codes do not apply on certain items/brands, including but not limited to items that receive credit back. Exclusions will be mentioned on individual product pages.

You cannot use more than one discount or promo code on a purchase.


Does Wylder ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. However, if interested in a product, please email hello@wyldergoods.com with the following information:
  • What product you are interested in and please include: size, color, quantity.
  • The shipping address to send order too.

Once we receive the above information we will send a Paypal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship you the goods!!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.  

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

The items purchased from Wylder are shipped by USPS. Once they are scanned into USPS, risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer. If tracking is confirmed as delivered and the order is missing, please file a claim with USPS to try and recover it. To assure that a missing order will not happen again, please contact hello@wyldergoods.com with any specific insurance details or delivery requests and our team will make sure to address them.

How will my order be shipped and what carriers does Wylder use?

Most of the time we ship merchandise via the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail). USPS can usually get a package anywhere in the 48 continental United States within 2-7 business days (including Saturday). Alaska, Hawaii and international usually takes an extra several days and in rare cases up to a week longer. For heavier, bulkier, and more expensive items, we typically ship using UPS. For orders over $300, packages will be shipped with a signature requirement.  If you have any shipping requests, contact us once you have placed your order, and we will see what we can do for you. We currently have no overnight shipping option.

Returns + Exchanges + Credits

We're sorry your order didn't work out so let us make things right!  We offer 3 options for returns: Refund, Exchange, or Credit. Please see below for more details after reading our return policy.

What is the return policy?

Wylder will accept unworn or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 21 days of when you receive your order. Return authorization is not required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if you choose the REFUND option. If you choose the EXCHANGE or CREDIT options, Wylder will cover the shipping costs (see details below). Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.

How should I send back my return?

  • Please ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method with the original invoice number and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item or if you would like to return it altogether. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
  • Please note: packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide guarantee of delivery. Wylder is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We suggest using UPS or FEDEX for reliable delivery.


How will my return be credited?

  • Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase once we receive the returned product(s).
  • If you paid with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.


What kind of exchanges will Wylder accept?

  • Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as we have the item you want in stock.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers. 

How do I go about an exchange?

  • First, email hello@wyldergoods.com to see if we have the item you want to exchange it for in stock. If we do, we will send you a return label for shipping.
  • On original packing slip please put what you want to exchange item for and put it with your return shipment to inform the warehouse.

Do I have to pay for shipping both ways?

When will I receive my exchange?

  • Once we receive your return we will send out your exchange. Please allow the regular shipping estimates for time received.


If you don’t like your purchase and you don’t want to exchange or return for a refund you have a CREDIT option in the form of a Gift Card to our Wylder Marketplace. 

How do I go about getting credit for my return?

  • First email hello@wyldergoods.com receive a return label for shipping the item back to us.
  • On original packing slip please list your reason for the return and that you want to have CREDIT for the return.

Do I have to pay for shipping both ways?

  • Once we receive your return we will send you via email a Wylder Gift Card for exact amount of the returned item. You can use it towards your next Wylder Purchase!

Will the credit ever expire?

  • No.

Price Matching Policy

WYLDER carries a great number of products that are sold in multiple online stores, however, we are unable to price match items that you see of a lesser value from another website. We run our sales according to a strict promotional timeline policy provided by the brands we partner with which is why we will not be able to issue a refund once your item has been purchased for a promotional sale price that you see on our site after purchase or for an item purchased elsewhere.  

We genuinely thank you for your business and for supporting Wylder’s mission. We donate 2% of every purchase to our non-profit partners and hope this translates to a reasonable flexibility concerning our policies and how they effect our ability to give back to the organizations we support.
